Pharmacy Technology Clinical Application

As of the 2025 Fall semester, Wake Technical Community College will be placing the Pharmacy Technology Diploma and Associate Degree programs on hold.

This means that applications for the Pharmacy Technology Diploma and Associate Degree programs will no longer be accepted after July 30, 2025.

What options do I have?

Sign up for the new Workforce Development Pharmacy Technician course

The Diploma will transition to a 2-part 16-week Workforce Continuing Education certificate program. More information and registration information for the certificate courses can be found here. Once both sections of the certificate program are completed students will be able to sit for the PTCB National Certification Exam.
